Eric is the lead on all operations here at Breakthrough Broker, including sales, business development, client relations, and all legal processes. He has a profound love for kettle chips, occasionally reminiscences about his days as a detective, has the biggest heart, and is one heck of a dad. Eric’s drive, passion, and ambition are just some of his incredible traits that have truly contributed to the overall success of the company.

Nathan Froelich,
CEO and Co-Founder

Nathan leads the company’s revenue, business development functions, and the progression of the website. He is a pretty funny guy, loves boating, uses sayings that would have someone born after 1990 scratching his or her head, and always keeps his family first. Innovative and devoted, Nathan oversees the growth of the company and all its employees – and he is pretty damn good at it.

Design and Brand Manager

Taking an idea and crafting it into an eye-catching, beautiful piece is harder than it sounds and that's exactly what Maria is a pro at. She's in charge of making sure BreakthroughBroker.com looks great and creates marketing templates, social media images, and documents used by thousands of agents nationwide. Psst, she's the one responsible for the awesome website redesign, which took place late spring 2017!

Jacqueline
Digital Marketing and Content Manager

Jacqueline, or fondly known as JM around here, contributes to Breakthrough Broker's content development, editing, email marketing, and social media engagement. She is quite the talker, loves to shop, has a hard time pronouncing words that are over three syllables, and loves reminding her co-workers how young she is compared to them. JM’s attention to detail and dedication to the company’s success are traits that we greatly appreciate about her.

Harbandna
Strategic Initiatives Manager

Harbandna (pronounced Har-bun-da-na) is our Strategic Initiatives Manager. She is responsible for taking all the crazy impossible ideas that everyone dreams up and making them a reality. Whether it be a complete website overhaul or the development of a new mobile app, she manages the project from concept to completion.

Every company needs a Cheyenne and we're pretty sure we found the best one. She is in charge of making sure our advertising clients have a great experience and that the wheels don't fly off the BreakthroughBroker.com bus.
